Our story
Built on renewals, not replacements
We started in Bethel Park with a mop, a van, and a frustration: too many buildings cycled through cleaners who sent strangers, skipped checklists, and billed surprises. So we built the company we wished property managers could hire — vetted crews assigned to one account, itemized quotes, and an owner who answers the phone.
Twenty-five years later the formula hasn't changed. Most of our work comes from buildings we've served for years and the managers who recommend us down the street.
